Description View of Hoover Dam from downstream on the Colorado River. Water is being discharged from the outlet works of the Nevada valve house on the left. Part of the Nevada power house and the central power house are seen at the base of the dam face. The diversion tunnel portals and a steel bridge crossing the river are seen in the foreground. Cables are suspended over Black Canyon above the dam face. A truck is seen on a dirt road on the left.
