| Description | Construction crew busy making forms at the bottom of Black (not Boulder) Canyon. There are tracks leading into the water that is in the canyon and there is a couple of carts sitting on the tracks. Several of the crew are digging or shoveling rocks and dirt into the carts. There is a wooden shed perched above the crew on the mountainside. |
