Description | 1394 REPORT OF THE CHIEF OF ENGINEERS, U. S. ARMY. steam drill mounted on a small scow was used for drilling at Cope- leys Rock. About 500 cubic yards of rock were broken up. The work of removing the rock to a depth of 6 feet at low water was completed October 11.
