| Description | these rocks has been a great benefit; the original depth of water over them was about 1 1/2 feet, and the improvement has carried this depth to 5 feet at lowest navigable stage. There are two other rocks standing in the channel which have less than 4 feet at low stage over them which will require to be removed.
