Description | WORK DONE DURING THE FISCAL YEAR. By the act of Congress approved March 3, 1875, an appropriation of 35,000 was made for this work, and on August 25 proposals were invited for removing rock from the channel at Homly, Umatilla, Rock Creek, and Owyhee Rapids.
