Description | Subsection 2.0.5 [2B4] Subsection 2.0.5 [2B4] suggests rates should be more uniform. Utility rates are presently uniform between customers in the same classification. If the suggestion is that rates for residential, commercial, industrial, irrigation, street lighting, etc., customers be more uniform it raises a question which should not be answered in the Columbia River and Tributaries study.
