Description | CALLIGAN—HANCOCK LAKE SITE Physical Description These sites located in the Snoqualmie River Basin on the west slope of the Cascade Mountains are about 25 miles east of Seattle, a major load center. Both upper and lower reservoirs are within King County. A lower reservoir would be constructed on the North Fork of the Snoqualmie River which would inundate about 1,300 acres.
