Description | BUSTER CREEK SITE Physical Description The site is located in the Nehalem River Basin on the west slope of the Coast Range of Oregon, a relatively rugged mountainous area with relief averaging about 2,000 feet. Both upper and lower reservoirs would require dams. The lower reservoir would be on Buster Creek and would include the lower part of Walker Creek drainage.
