Description | Goose Flats (Seasonal). This site is located adjacent to the Columbia River in the Upper Columbia Subregion (2A) of Washington. Development of the site would inundate the existing Goose Lake for the upper reservoir, and Rufus Woods Lake (Chief Joseph Reservoir) would be the lower reservoir. Located on the Colville Indian Reservation, the project would have about 700,000 acre/feet of seasonal storage and could generate 1000 mw for over 250 hours.
