Description | Work on the Roza division was begun in 1936 and is still in progress. The ultimate acreage to be irrigated in this division is 72,000 acres, 47,000 acres of which will be served by gravity and 25,000 acres by pumping. In 1943, 9,050 acres of the gravity unit were under irrigation, and in 1944, 12,640 acres.
