| Description | Finley feed mill dam on the Calapooia River, tributary to the Willamette River Dam is east of Halsey and below Crawfordsville, Oregon. The dam is impassable to chinooks with no ladder nor protective devices. It is supposed to be passable to steelheads at spring high water.
