Description Caption included with image: The Little Falls hydroelectric plant of the Washington Water Power Company at Little Falls is the approximate up-river boundary of WPA clearing operations of WPA crews toward Camp Little Falls. The reservoir along the Spokane river combines with Columbia river backwater behind Grand Coulee dam and will eventually come up to approximately this point.
